Comments:
Everything on the cruise was a 4 or 5. The ship seemed a bit odd and the rooms were very small. The staff and service was absolutely amazing! The evening entertainment was a bit lack luster. The Viking ships looked newer and bigger, but we are under the impression that Uniworld is a few stars above Viking. We would use them again.

Comments:
The pre & post hotels were excellent! Especially the Palace in Madrid - beautiful! The cruise was nice, but not a trip for 3 single women! The people were very nice, but not terribly friendly. The food was so-so and the service was ok. The excursions, for the most part, were very good, but some didn't give us enough time to explore. The Douro River Cruise was beautiful, but because we couldn't sail at night, the ports where we stopped were far from any towns. The "traveling" scenery was beautiful, but after a while, we got tired of looking at vineyards! The best excursion was to Aveleda Winery, where we picked grapes and then stomped them! The owner was a riot!

Everything was awesome. Great ship and service! Great tours - use local tour guides instead of on ship people. Very knowledgable about the area and Darcy you were awesome helping us plan the trip!!

As Darcy promised, this was the Oceania of river cruises. Service was exceptional!
