Now celebrating our 29th year, we're looking for self-starters, like you, for the following positions. This is a list of the types of positions at Hideaways; not all are open at this time.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Accounts payable/receivable, GL reconciliation, and special projects. Round out the day with other office duties gaining valuable knowledge of other departments. Excel experience a plus. Full- or part-time.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsible for account retention, including custom marketing campaigns, administration, and inventory management. Presenting ancillary marketing opportunities at additional cost will be required. Building strong relationships is a key element. Inside sales position, however, may require attendance at a limited number of tradeshows. Requirements include: Sales experience; email promotions and CRM; business development; and strong organization. Good communication (with emphasis on persuasive/sales-oriented writing), quantitative, analytical, and strong computer skills. Travel industry experience desirable.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
What an opportunity! Specific projects and day-to-day office support for the company's president. Familiarity with editing, negotiation, public relations, proposals, or research helpful, as well as Microsoft Office (60 WPM).

ADVERTISING SALES
Grow our advertising business both in publications and on the Internet. Are you a versatile self-starter with excellent communication/phone sales skills, computer experience, enthusiasm, and ideas? You'll also be involved in writing, promotional mailings, and strategy development as our Internet presence grows.

CONTROLLER/CFO
Professional needed for oversight of all bookkeeping/financial information, development of mgmt. reporting and analysis, costing/budgeting, performance modeling, & more. Full- or part-time considered.

COPYWRITER
We're looking for a master copywriter to be responsible for driving sales through great copy and for generating customer-centric communications across multiple channels: Web site messaging, e-newsletters, e-promotions, press releases, sales collateral, direct mail. Full time, part time, freelance.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Sell memberships/service existing clientele via email and phone. Excellent writing skills, fluency in PC/Internet applications, previous sales/service in a call center. Additional assignments require computer/data entry skills. Full or part time, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, M-F.

FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR
Self starter wanted for order entry, list compilation, inventory, shipping/receiving, coordination with mail service vendors. Familiarity with database management, mailing software, and postal regulations preferable. Ability to lift 50 lbs. required.

GRAPHIC ART
Publication/brochure design and production using Mac (In-Design, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop). Also, computer file maintenance and archiving, trafficking, and print buying. Ability to work well with small team, enthusiasm, and dedication. Experience in web design beneficial! Part time.

IT MANAGER
We need a jack of all trades! You'll provide leadership and roll up your sleeves to get work done in planning, project management, web development, vendor relations, database admin, and reporting. Must have a solid background in C#.NET, ASP, Delphi 4/5, and Crystal Reports, as well as network administration in MS NT4 through Server 2003 environments. Experience with MS Exchange, SQL Server 7 through 2000, security/firewall management, desktop support and Macs a plus.

MANAGING EDITOR/SR. WRITER
Our upscale travel magazine/newsletter/website seeks creative, take-charge person for development/writing/editing, staff mgmt, and coordination w/graphics. Must have writing experience as related to e-commerce: web messaging, e-newsletters, e-promotions, and more. Marketing/PR skills important; experience in travel/lifestyle writing and design helpful. Flexible hours are also possible. Assistant Editor position also available.

MARKETING (& SALES) DIRECTOR
E-commerce and website marketing experience a must: messaging, design, flow, SEO/SEM; email and CRM; affiliate sales/marketing; establsihing channel partners; customer service; etc. If you have experience in strategic business development, direct marketing, especially subscriptions/continuity, and public relations, we're looking for you! Creativity, entrepeneurial spirit, and ability to recognize/capitalize on synergistic partnerships. Good communication, quantitative, and computer skills. Travel industry experience desirable

OFFICE MANAGER
Strong leadership; organization; computer skills necessary for facility management, training, admin, and projects.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Strong data entry and proofreading/editing skills needed to maintain our Web site content.

SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Experience in multiple disciplines required: Sales; Web marketing (messaging, design, flow, SEO/SEM); email and CRM; affiliate sales/marketing; establishing channel partners; customer service; etc. Responsibilities include inside sales; business development and strategic alliances; and project management.

SALES ASSOCIATE/TELEMARKETING
Dual role selling advertising (in our publications and on our Web site) and memberships. Professional required for inbound/outbound sales for acquisition and retention. Variety of calling campaigns; flexible hours.

SALES MANAGER
Hotel program manager responsible for selling hotel's participation, on an invitation-only basis, into our cooperative marketing program. Also, Account Management of existing accounts, presenting ancillary marketing opportunities at additional cost. Building strong relationships is a key element. This is an inside sales position which may require attendance at a limited number of tradeshows. Requirements: Strong, hands-on sales and the ability to "close"; email promotions and CRM; business development; and project management. Good communication (with an emphasis on persuasive/ sales-oriented writing), quantitative, analytical, and strong computer skills required. Supervision of 1-2 staff. Travel industry experience desirable.

TRAVEL AGENT
We are a travel club/wholesaler specializing in villa rentals, boutique hotels, and luxury resorts worldwide. This is a unique opportunity for something different. Our agents could never go back to being a "regular" travel agent. Two-plus years in leisure/FIT desired. We offer a well-established, upscale clientele. Sabre.

TRAVEL PRODUCT COORDINATOR
Administrative liaison between our in-house travel agency, travel industry suppliers, and our editorial department. Ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry; marketing experience is helpful. Coordinate promotions, analysis, and more.

WEB DEVELOPER
If you're an expert C#.NET web application programmer, we have some freelance projects for you.
