Our next Hideaways
Vacation Giveaway will be awarded in June
2008 and all dues-paid members as of 6/15/08 are automatically entered.
Hideaways Aficionado Members recieve one
entry for each of the following:
- Every $100 of travel booked
through Hideaways Travel Services.
- Every friend recommended for
Hideaways membership.
- Each property rating completed
at Hideaways.com.
- Each property owner contact
request at Hideaways.com.
- Completing (or updating) your
Travel Preferences.
- Updating your account information
to include your e-mail address.
- Registering on TheHideawaysCollection.com
- Making a reservation request through a Hideaways
International Web Site
- Bidding on an auction at Hideaways@Auction.
Hideaways Aficionado Members receive five entries for
each of the following:
- Filling out and returning, or filling out on line, the 2008 member survey.
- Each Travel Gift Certificate
purchased, $500 or more.
- Each gift membership purchased.
- Advertising your vacation home
with Hideaways.
- Enrolling in Hideaways'
Automatic Membership Renewal Program.
Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET),
June 15, 2008. No mechanically and or electronically are
reproduced entries allowed.
- Eligibility
No purchase necessary for entry. Giveaway is open to residents
of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and US Territories.
Giveaway is also open to all dues-paid Members of
Hideaways Aficionado at the time of drawing.
Void where prohibited by law. Entrants must
be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees
of sponsor, Hideaways International, Inc., and
members of their respective immediate families are not eligible.
Registrants on TheHideawaysCollection.com or Hideaways.com can also enter by clicking
on the "Enter the Giveaway" button on the Giveaway Page
and providing all
requested information.
You will be required to provide your Title, First and Last
name, site Username and Password, Password Reminder,
and e-mail address. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET), June 15, 2008.
No mechanically and/or electronically
reproduced entries are allowed.
- Random Drawing
One winner will be selected at random from among all eligible
entries received by June 15, 2008 11:59:59 PM (ET),
on or after June 30, 2008. Odds of winning depend on
number of entries received.
- Prizes
Giveaway prize must be used between July 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009. Not valid for travel December 18, 2008 - January 2, 2009 or April 6 - April 12, 2009.
This Giveaway prize package includes :
- A 5 night stay at the all-inclusive, all-suite Casa Velas in Puerto Vallarta
- Wine and chocolates in room on arrival
- Round-trip airport transfers at the destination
- Welcome cocktail
- One hydrotherapy circuit per person
- All meals, drinks, and non-motorized water sports
- Complimentary transportation and interchange privileges with Velas Vallarta
Approximate
retail value of this prize package is $3,600,
based on 2008 rates.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Guests are personally responsible for all incidentals.
- Other Conditions
Winner will be notified via phone, E-mail, and/or via postal mail
on or about June 30, 2008, and will be required to sign
and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Liability/Publicity
Release (except where prohibited) within 15 days of the
date on the prize notification, or the Giveaway prize will
be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, at
the discretion of Hideaways International.
Travel companions must also sign a liability release a
minimum of 30 days before traveling. If a travel companion
is a minor, the minor's parent or legal guardian must sign
and return the liability release a minimum of 30 days before
traveling. If a travel companion's liability release is
not received 30 days prior to traveling, the travel companion
will be disqualified from the trip. A traveling companion
who is disqualified from traveling will not be entitled
to any form of compensation for not taking the trip.
In
the event that the prize notification is returned as undeliverable,
the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will
be selected, at the discretion of Hideaways International.
All reservations at the participating properties are Subject
to Availability.
This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Any and all Taxes, Duties, VAT or other fees on the Giveaway
prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution
or transfer of prize is permitted, except by sponsor. Hideaways
International, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate
the Giveaway in the event that the Giveaway becomes technically
impaired (including but not limited to infection by tampering,
unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond the
control of Hideaways International, Inc.). In the event of
early termination of the Giveaway, Hideaways International
reserves the right to select a winner
from those eligible entries received prior to the termination
of the giveaway.
- Indemnification
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Hideaways
International, Inc., and their respective affiliates,
partners, directors, officers, employees, owners, and
agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss
or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with
the giveaway or any prize won. Hideaways International,
Inc. is not responsible for printing or typographical
errors in any Giveaway-related materials; for lost, stolen,
late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or
postage-due mail (affidavits), or for transactions that
are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are
processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost
for any reason including computer, telephone, paper or
any other malfunction including human error.
- Notification
Entrants will be notified of the Giveaway winner via E-mail,
after the winner has accepted the Giveaway prize.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the COUNTRY OF THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, COUNTY OF ROCKINGHAM
without regard to conflicts of law principals thereof.
The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the
Federal and State courts sitting within the COUNTRY OF
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE,
COUNTY OF ROCKINGHAM with respect to any action concerning
their respective rights and obligations under this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held by a
court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable,
then all remaining provisions of this Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
Hideaways requests that the winner be available for a telephone
interview upon return from the Giveaway trip, for use in an
article from Hideaways International. Photos
of the trip are also appreciated for this reason.
