Anguilla is known for its architecturally fantastic resorts, and one of our favorites, the dramatically distinctive Covecastles, pretty much started the trend toward over-the-top panache. We recently caught up with award-winning modernist architect Myron Goldfinger, who designed Covecastles and is its managing director. He resides in New York with his wife and partner, June Goldfinger, who created all the resort's interiors and furnishings (among the best we've experienced anywhere). Here's what he had to say about his "castles" on the sands of Shoal Bay West.
