"Culture Shock" in Jackson Hole |

Having lived and skied in the West for some time now, I have pretty high standards regarding where I ski and what constitutes good skiing. After more than a decade of ski bumming in southwest Montana, I also had concluded that there is a converse relationship between good skiing and cultural opportunities in the Northern Rockies. I'm happy to report that my preconceived notions were proven false, however, when my girlfriend, Heather, and I packed up our skis and headed from home in Bozeman, Montana, to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, late last March.
