Some people just ooze creativity, and Chef Christian Sinicropi of Cannes’ Hotel Martinez is one of those fortunate people. Not only does the Executive Chef of famed La Palme d’Or restaurant conceive of a dish and skillfully create it, but he also has been known to design the ceramic plates used to serve that dish. And it doesn’t stop there. His exposure to the Cannes Film Festival has inspired a love for cinema, and that also is cleverly reflected in his dishes—both food and ceramic.
