La Tante Claire and Le Gavroche (next to 47 Park Street), both wonderful dining experiences. We also enjoyed The Square very much, but it's not the same quality. For a popular, busy, bistro-type of ambiance with good food, Le Boudin Blanc at 5 Trebeck Street (within walking distance of 47 Park Street) is a nice change of pace.

Mr. Kai, Mayfair; an exquisite Chinese restaurant that is far from the ordinary; recommended by Michael, the concierge at 47 Park Street. Also, the Savoy Grill, for a traditional English lunch, a great place to see and be seen. Great service; wonderful food.

Farmhouse Table, Shaftesbury Street, where we enjoyed an extremely reasonable pre-theater meal.

The Rainforest Cafe, in Piccadilly (theater area; great for kids); quite the experience.
