Arabella GE — This 160-foot sailing cruise yacht accommodates 42 guests in 20 climate-controlled cabins; it also can be booked as a yacht charter. Port-of-call amenities include kayaking, snorkeling, and diving; a small escape sailboat also is available. Shoreside tours are available at an additional cost. The Arabella cruises the Massachusetts shore in the summer, and also offers a full slate of six-night cruises in the Caribbean from December through April. Cunard — This line recalls the heyday of transatlantic crossings, when the ocean liner was the epitome of elegance and sophistication. Today, the line has just two ships—the 1,777-passenger Queen Elizabeth 2 and the 665-passenger Caronia—with another on the way, the 2,,620-passenger Queen Mary 2. "Summer in New England" departs August 8 from Quebec City and arrives in New York on August 14. Rates start at $1,249 per person, cruise-only.
