Comments:
The drawbacks were that the food was not as good as expected - but I understand they need to work with what they can get. Ran out of chardonay and the type of rum we asked for. A storm came in and the beach was not cleaned of seaweed for 3-4 days. Fishing was great.

Comments:
Friendly, attentive service, elegantly casual. Our cottage was heavenly, open to the beach w/gauzy white curtains wafting in the breeze. It exuded a restorative tranquility we craved. The owners were grand host + hostess. Kayaking, serene, long beach walks, meditative, deep sea fishing - exhilirating! Great place! Thank you!

A perfect getaway. Beautifully groomed property, interesting fellow guests, gracious host, excellent food, wonderful peace and privacy, lots of water sport opportunities if desired.

Comments:
We enjoyed it so much that have a return trip planned for our anniversary this year (November 27 through December 1st, 2006).

Staying there, is much like having your own island (which is possible, if you would like to rent the entire island), and your own staff. They are very attentive, and remember you from previous stays.

The nice part, is that it is so close to the mainland, that when you have to be accessible, you can escape, but know that you can get back quickly if needed (unlike our other favorite Caribbean retreats in Mustique and Petit St. Vincent.)

Comments:
The setting (96 acre private island) was absolutely lovely. Staff friendly & accomodating. A few maintenence issues - corroded fixtures, doors needing planing, but the villas are lovely: quiet, comfortable, fabulous views, gorgeous beach. Pool needs heat (73 degrees in May). Excellent food, interesting fellow guests!

Comments:
The food was very good. I highly recommend staying in the Pigeon Plum Villa. It was an excellent overall experience. As Hideaways Aficionado Club members, we received our perk of a reef snorkel trip, and they accommodated our late check-out nicely in a Marina Room until we were ready to leave.

Comments:
Wonderful setting with incredible accomodations, a perfect place for total isolated unwinding. Staff was friendly and helpful, and fun to be with.
