Travel Certificate Terms and Conditions

If you are not yet a member of the Hideaways Aficionado^® Club and are considering joining, you immediately can receive a $50 certificate good toward travel booked with Hideaways Travel Services. Please note, this is a limited-time offer.

If you already have joined and booked travel with us, thank you for making your travel arrangements with Hideaways International. Hideaways' Travel Consultants have years of experience helping savvy travelers plan special vacations. Our staff and consultants inspect the world's best escapes; they take notes, even videos. In addition, they receive in-depth training on destinations and the best international hideaways . . . just for you.

When you are ready to redeem your Travel Certificate, call us at 800-843-4433 (+1-603-430-4433 outside the U.S.), or e-mail ts@hideaways.com.

Some things to keep in mind:

1. Travel certificate cannot be photocopied or otherwise duplicated, and is void when sold for cash or any other consideration. Value of this certificate is non-refundable for cash or any other consideration. Travel certificate is non-transferable and user must be a current Hideaways Aficionado member at time of travel and redemption.
2. Travel certificate must be redeemed before expiration date and/or endorsement date, or before one year from date of issue, whichever comes first. No extensions are permitted.
3. Terms and Conditions of this offer are subject to change without notice.
4. Travel certificate is valid only for new reservations, made by Hideaways International, at a property or cruise within The Hideaways Collection^®. Travel certificate is valid for reservations with a value of at least $2,000, or the reservation value restriction printed on the certificate, whichever is less.
5. Value of the certificate is refunded to the member after travel is completed. Original certificate must be mailed to Hideaways International. Please allow 4-6 week for delivery of your refund check.
6. Travel certificate is not replaced if lost or stolen.
7. Travel certificate may not be combined with any other promotions. Other restrictions may apply. Please ask agent for details at time of reservation.
8. Shipboard Credit Certificate offer is one per stateroom, based on double occupancy. Full certificate value may not be available on all sailing dates. Category restrictions may apply.
