Comments:
My husband and I thought this property was great for what we were there for - a family vacation. The beaches and water were beautiful, and the resort was easy to get to. Provo is great but will soon will be overbuilt.

Comments:
The Sands was great for our family which includes three kids under six. The proximity of beach to pool to room made life very easy. They found us a great evening sitter so we could go out. One note: there's an enormous amount of building going on on Grace Bay so caution people to ask if there's a new property being built next door (lot is empty) as it would be loud.

This place is too big for my taste, and Grace Bay Beach is quickly becoming overbuilt.

Very family friendly, peaceful and quiet, relaxing.

Comments:
Property clean, and well furnished. Grounds well kept. Restaurant good. Nice restaurants on island, but expensive $100 + per person for dinner (1 drink) each. Not much to do on island after you get past beaches. This place is for those who want beaches, rest + quiet. Expensive $8000 + one week.
