Katia, our Travel Specialist, said this is the best hotel in the world, and she was right on. It's absolutely gorgeous, the service was incredible, and the decorating and views were to die for. Plus, the personal attention was over the top! I would recommend it to everyone I know. We also stayed at Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento. It had a fabulous view and location, plus great service. Shopping was the best because it was reasonable. And we enjoyed the fun nightlife. Katia was fabulous! Thank you for planning a fabulous trip for my sister, my niece, and myself. The planes, the luggage, and the layovers all worked out perfectly. Our driver, Pietro, was great. We enjoyed every minute of it!
