Comments:
We were upgraded to the newly opened Gold Floor, which is the extra service floor -- very nice. We had a well-appointed room with a great view; a welcome gift of a very nice bottle of wine and a box of candy was waiting for us. Our personal concierge, Anna Louise Christian, was outstanding and did a fantastic job for us. We also stayed at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise--an excellent hotel in a uniqe setting with breathtaking views--and The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, where we found the food to be excellent and the setting beautiful, but the concierge service was poor in comparison. Overall, we saved more that $1,500 on our Fairmont stays by working with Hideaways. We will call you again when we are ready for our next trip.

Comments:
It's been ten years since my first visit, which was on my honeymoon. Though the marriage didn't last, I planned my return this past holiday season not to relive the honeymoon but for a time of renewal and to spend a lot of time at the spa. I also stayed at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise - WOW! I highly recommend them all. Be sure to visit the Columbia Ice Fields on the way to Jasper.
