Comments:
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Capitan Suizo in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Everyone involved with the hotel were pleasant and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. The property is a beautiful setting with both tropical flowers and plenty of local birds and animals. The beach was a mile in length and great for daily walks and shell collecting. Playa Tamarindo has constant waves and is a favorite for the surfing crowd. The hotel offered to arrange a variety of activities including horseback riding, ecosystem tours, diving, sport fishing and ocean kayaking. They also offered our favorite activity, which was sitting semi-immersed in the pool with our books and a cold tropical cocktail or Pilsan beer. We would highly recommend the Hotel Capitan Suizo to any traveler looking for a small romantic hotel with subtle sophistication. As with any vacation it is always your hosts that make the time special, and all the people associated wiht the hotel accomplished making our stay very pleasant.
