Comments:
This is one of the best family vacation places we've ever been. The amenities are top notch, the setting unbelievably beautiful, the staff friendly, and responsive, the outdoor activities phenomenal. Worth every penny.

Comments:
Can't say enough about the property or the people that run it! Absolutely wonderful! We stayed in the cottages and a "treetop" suite. Both were outstanding. The restaurant at night is very beautiful and the food was very good! We'll be back!

Comments:
All units had electricity and lights. We were expecting kerosene lanterns. Screens on the windows would have been nice. We saw a huge, four-foot bright green iguana on our canal trip. The butterfly farm was disappointing as they only raised one variety and there were no photo opportunities - they were enclosed in a small, screened room without native vegetation. The climb to the butterfly farm was very difficult for us in the OFF Club (Old Fat Farts). Two people were slightly injured in the climb, but one of the funniest things that happened on the trip occurred then. One man in our party (definitely a member of the "OFF" Club) leaned against a tree with his hand to catch his breath and rest. While he was holding on to the tree resting, he glanced down at the sign (one of many which described the various trees along the route) which said "Poisonwood Tree" extremely poisonous sap! We had to wash his hands with our water bottles! Of all the trees to lean against, he picked that one!
