Surrounded by beautiful Provencal countryside, this spacious detached villa is set in lush, well-kept grounds of 5 acres, with superb views and a private swimming pool, offering peace and tranquillity yet only a short drive from the coast. The spacious interior is light and airy, with high, beamed ceilings, and all four bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms. French windows open on to a shady terrace, the lovely grounds and the pool. It lies on the outskirts of a picturesque, fortified hilltop village, with old stone houses and a typical village square full of cafes and restaurants, the perfect base for exploring the magnificent Provencal countryside and the beautiful Maures Mountain. There are superb views and walks at Les Mayons, while historic Grimaud, and the famous beaches and nightlife of St Tropez are close at hand. Swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.2m to 2m with ladder). Washing machine. Dishwasher. DISTANCES: 2km S of La Garde Freinet (shops, restaurants, bars), 22km NW of St. Tropez (famous beaches, restaurants, old town), 6km N of Grimaud (historic sites, water sports), 30km S of Le Muy (all activities inc. fishing and canoeing).
ACCOMMODATION: Spacious dining/living room with open fire. French windows opening onto terrace. Large, well-equipped kitchen opening out onto terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC (extra single bed available, suitable for young children only). Separate WC. First floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC.
