An Island for Every Mood |

Feeling reclusive, or maybe gregarious and sociable? Looking for a place to hunker down with a good book and a bottle of Greek wine, or are you more in the mood for a lively nude beach and a rollicking party scene? Whatever siren is luring you there, you're sure to find a Greek island to fit your temperament. And if you have a split personality, the ease of hopping around these beauties and sampling their many moods is just the right vacation remedy.
Hideaways members seem to have a love affair with the Greek Isles--but then, what's not to love? Member Tom Bell and his wife, Cissy, of Goldsboro, North Carolina, traveled with another couple and spent three delightful days at Blue Palace Resort & SpaTHC on Crete. "We'd never been to Crete before," said Tom, "and because it's such a large island and we only had three days, we really didn't see that much of it--I know it has some wonderful ruins to explore. But we loved our stay at Blue Palace. It's one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever seen, just gorgeous architecturally. We enjoyed the spa tremendously, and our room was very nice. It had a private splash pool and a nice terrace with a view of the sea."
