Always a big fan of the Virgin Islands, I recently was shamed to learn there is something beyond the U.S. and British varieties. The Spanish Virgin Islands include Vieques and Culebra, two small spots just off the east coast of Puerto Rico. These grabbed my attention thanks to Vieques, which is home to one of the most stunning bioluminescent bays in the world.
