Travel to Central America for a taste of adventure travel in the rain forest, in the ocean, and "most important" in the dining room! Hideaways staff members have written plenty of travel-planning articles on the hotels and activities in Costa Rica; now it's time to rave about its delectable cuisine. We talked with a local Executive Chef about the delicacies of Costa Rica and even got him to share with us one of his delicious recipes for Butternut Squash and Papaya Soup. Enjoy the elegant-yet-relaxed white-glove service, spectacular rain forest and sunset views, and a dessert named "Secret Sin."
