Tips for Renting a Villa |

We were lucky; the woman who owned our villa and met
us when we checked in had studied in the United States. Her English was perfect,
and she lived in a home just down the hill from us, making herself available
any time we had a question. But the villa vacation experience isn't always this
easy. During check-in, be prepared for language barriers, but know that certain
