This lovely Mediterranean, 5,000 square foot home, sits across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the private resort community of Playacar Phase I. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, the fourth bedroom is upstairs and has a fantastic terrace with hammock and captivating views of the sea. The fifth bedroom is a media room with 2 sofa couches. The media room is located in the villa's bottom level, and although no ocean views, the media room is ideal for younger kids or family nannies.
Villa Del Mar is also ideal for events and entertaining with it's spacious basement that includes pool table, full bar, private bathroom and private media room/bedroom.
The decor is tranquil and inviting. The expansive kitchen opens out to a large dining room and living room, which both look on to the pool deck and have views of the ocean. This home is the perfect getaway for couples, families and friends seeking luxurious 5 star accommodations in Playa del Carmen.
Villa Del Mar is conveniently located 20 minutes walking distance from Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue - a 3 KM promenade stretching from the north end of Playa to the very south end.
