A most prestigious colonial style Caribbean holiday villa located in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland resort, Barbados, with stunning views across the golf course to the turquoise blue of the Caribbean Sea. The Westerings sits in an elevated position on the 13th hole of the resort's championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.
There are five superbly appointed double bedrooms in the main house, each with ensuite facilities and spacious verandas with sea views. The luxurious master suite consists of a private lounge for peaceful relaxation, a dressing room, spacious bedroom, covered terraces with panoramic sea views and an opulent ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and tub.
The open plan lounge and kitchen open onto a large covered terrace - the perfect location for sunset cocktails. Ideal for family gatherings, the outdoor living areas include a dining and bar area with barbeque, and an expansive terrace surrounding the luxurious infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi.
The guest cottage features a sixth bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and lounge with pull out sofa bed. The cottage is perfect for teenage guests, allowing them a degree of independence and privacy. Originally designed as a fun-filled family paradise, The Westerings has a fully equipped games room on the ground floor of the cottage, with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, table football and a play station. There is also a dedicated media area with cable TV and DVD player, and Wifi connectivity to a fibre optic network. In the main house there is a state-of-the-art, multi-room audio system with wall pad controls. Just plug in your iPod and hit your play list.
Guests have access to on-site tennis, golf and a fully equipped gym. In addition, Royal Westmoreland has its own exclusive beach club at Mullins Bay with complimentary sun beds and towels and waiter service for drinks and snacks. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the Royal Westmoreland to and from the beach. |
