This cottage is a charming old stone-built farmhouse recently restored as a comfortable home. It is tucked away under a rocky hillside, with fine views over Dunmanus Bay. A leafy lane leads to the friendly fishing and farming village of Ahakista which lies at the centre of Sheep's Head Penninsula. There are 60 miles of marked paths to explore the wildly beautiful coastline. There are many fine restaurants within easy reach. Golf, fishing, water-sports and pony-trekking are available locally.
