A 3 night deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. It is refundable less a $75 administrative fee if cancelled prior to 14 days. Reservations cancelled within 14 days are charged a 3 night penalty.
Cancellation and payment policy for Christmas: A 3 night deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due by November 1st. It is refundable less a $250 administrative fee if cancelled prior to November 1st. Reservations cancelled after November 1st are charged a 7 night penalty. |
