| Rental Deposit: |
To guarantee reservations, 2 nights deposit is required on room rate or package rate within 7 days of making the reservation. Full prepayment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 14 days prior to arrival require fill prepayment at time of booking. For holiday deposits: 7 night minimum stay is required for arrivals on Dec 24 - 29. To guarantee reservations, 2 nights deposit is required on room rate or package rate within 7 days of making reservation. Full prepayment is due on October 1 prior to Holiday travel. Reservations made after October 1 require full prepayment at time of booking. Casa de Campo will automatically cancel reservations not deposited within seven days of booking. Balance of payments will be automatically charged to the credit card used to deposit the reservations unless other arrangements are made. |

| Cancellation Policy: |
Payments are fully refundable until 7 days prior to arrival. 50% of prepayment is refundable if cancelled between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made if cancelled three days or less prior to arrival, or for no-show. For cancellations on Holiday travel, payments are fully refundable until October 1. Cancellations made between October 1 and November 20 will have a two-night penalty. No refunds for cancellations received after November 20 or for no-show. |
