For Season A/B/C (excluding villas): In case of cancellation up to 16 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required. In case of cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival the amount of 2 nights is retained as cancellation fee. No show or early departure = whole amount will be charged.
For Season D/E (excluding villas): In case of cancellation up to 16 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required. In case of cancellation within 15 to 9 days prior to arrival the amount of 2 nights is retained as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation within 8 days prior to arrival, no show, or early departure = whole amount will be charged.
For Season A/B/C (for villas): In case of cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required. In case of cancellation within 44 days prior to arrival the amount of 50% of the hotel room revenue is retained as cancellation fee. No show or early departure = whole amount will be charged.
For Season D/E (for villas): In case of cancellation up to 65 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required. In case of cancellation within 64 days to 9 days prior to the amount of 50% of the hotel room revenue is retained as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation within 8 days prior to arrival, no show, or early departure = whole amount will be charged. |
