A three-night deposit is due upon confirmation of a tentative reservation. Your remaining balance, plus 15% tax and gratuity, is due thirty days before arrival. During Holiday Season, full payment is due October 1. |

| Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposits. During Holiday Season, cancellations must be made prior to October 1 for refund of deposit. |
